This section is for old treasures that I have located over the years. I have been "hunting" old cars for most of my adult life and still enjoy driving the countryside looking for old relics. Some of these I have bought, most of those I have already sold. Others are just ones I have looked at over the years. As with the rest of my site, I will be adding to this as time goes on.

#1 here is a very rare find. I wasn't sure what it was when I first seen it from a distance. I thought it was a late 30s, early 40s Lincoln Zephyr which is rare. Turns out to be more rare. A 1939 Studebaker Coupe Express Pickup. It was just the cab, doors and front clip and it was really buried in the dirt and brush. I did buy it and after a lot of work with saws and shovels, I got it dug out and brought home. I cleaned it up the best I could and resold it. I do like Studebakers and this is one of the most advanced designs they ever did.

alt     Below. OK...Chevy guys. This is sad. Recognize it? Well of course. It is a 1969 Z-28 Camaro. I talked to the guy who owns it and apparently it belonged to his uncle. Seems he had gotten into a fight with somebody and they went and loosened up all of his wheels. They came off going damn fast and the car is absolutely destroyed. I guess the uncle survived. I could see the stripes on the roof and I found the hood in the weeds with the 302 badges, so I kinda knew then what it was.

To the left. Here is the collection of finned 50s Mopars I had a few years ago. They are all sold now, but I have bought a few more back and am dealing on several more. The styling on the late 50s Chrysler products is just amazing, as is most of the cars from that era. Fins, chrome, chrome and more chrome. I recently parted out a 1955 Packard (rust bucket that was headed for the crusher). I have never seen a car with so many innovations, especially a car that old. It had electric contolled torsion bar suspension on all 4 corners. What an engineering masterpiece!!!
